In their inaugural edition of the festival they are sharing new independent voices in film that elaborate on contemporary aspects of Italian and Italian American culture and experience. I’ve just completed my Science & Cooking: From Haute Cuisine to Soft Matter Science (chemistry) course online. The course is an off shoot of one of one of the courses at Harvard in the USA. It was really amazing and interesting and I learnt a lot about cooking and the science behind food!
